Let us tell you that Uber has got this license under the Delhi Government’s App Based Premium Bus Aggregator Scheme. Delhi Government’s App Based Premium Bus Aggregator Scheme was launched in November last year. Under this scheme, the government wants to provide such public transport for the upper middle class people which will provide maximum convenience to the people. That is, people can travel comfortably by booking their buses just like cabs. This will also save people’s time, and also booking a ride in a bus instead of booking a personal cab will reduce the burden of vehicles on the roads.
